Since its formation in 1992, Artech has received numerous awards and accolades from staffing, technology and diversity media and associations. Artech is pleased to state that it was nominated for many of these awards by its clients and industry peers. The following is a summary of the awards won over the past decade.
September 2011 – Artech Ranked #3 Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms Generating over $100 Million by SIA>>
Staffing Industry Analysts has ranked Artech the #3 fastest-growing staffing firm in the US among those companies generating more than $100 million during 2010 in their webinar titled, "Differentiators of the Most Successful Staffing Firms."
August 2011 – Artech Named PrO Unlimited's Platinum Level Award Winner>>
For the second time in three years, Artech has been named PrO's Platinum level winner in its Global Supplier Awards. According to Pro, "Artech has played key role in PrO's success and we want to take this opportunity to recognize the high standard of excellence in everything you do for our clients."
August 2011 – Artech Ranked #12 Largest US IT Staffing Firm by SIA>>
Artech has been ranked the #12 Largest US IT Staffing Firm by Staffing Industry Analysts, the premier research and analysis firm covering the contingent workforce. Artech rose from the #15 spot last year to the #12 position this year, and is one of the only diversity staffing firms on the list with both a national and global presence.
May 2011 – WPO & Amex OPEN Rank Artech #7 Fastest-Growing Women-led Company >>
Artech was ranked the #7 fastest-growing women-owned/led company in the US by the Women Presidents’ Organization and American Express OPEN. The ranking is based on revenue growth over a four-year period.

July 2010 – SIA Ranks Artech #4 Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firm >>
Staffing Industry Analysts, the premier research and analysis firm covering the contingent workforce, has ranked Artech #4 on its "2010 List of Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms." The SIA cites Artech's CAGR as 48% from 2005 to 2009. Artech has risen from the #12 rank last year. Artech was also ranked #14 on the SIA's "Largest IT Staffing Firms in the US" report, up from #19 last year.
June 2011 – Inc. 500/5000 >>
Once again, Artech has been named on several Inc. business ranking lists including the fast growth category. This is Artech’s fourth consecutive year on the Inc. lists.
May 2010 – USPAAC lists Artech as a "Fast 50 Asian American Businesses"
For the second consecutive year, Artech has been listed in the top 10 of the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce “Fast 50 Asian Businesses” program. The announcement was made at The Ritz Carlton in Washington, DC during the 25th Anniversary CelebrAsian Business Opportunity Conference.
May 2010 – Rothman Institute of Entrepreneurship "20th Anniversary Honors"
Artech president Ranjini Poddar was one of 20 entrepreneurs honored at the 20th Anniversary of the Rothman Institute of Entrepreneurship. The honorees are those who have participated in the university’s world-class programming. The Rothman Institute is part of Silberman College of Business, Fairleigh Dickinson University.
April 2010 – WPO Ranks Artech #3 Fastest-growing Women-led Company
Artech was ranked the #3 fastest-growing women-owned/led company in the US by the Women Presidents’ Organization. The announcement was made at The Ritz Carlton in Fort Lauderdale, FL and sponsored by American Express. The honor received extensive media coverage including a feature in The Wall Street Journal.
March 2010 – Artech President Named to the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year® “Hall of Fame” >>
Artech president Ranjini Poddar was named to the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Hall of Fame, along with select other entrepreneurs. Ms. Poddar was an E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year nominee in 2001 and 2007 and winner in 2009.
November 2009 – NJBIZ Ranks Artech #4 “50-Fastest Growing Companies in NJ” >>
Artech was ranked the #4 fastest-growing company in New Jersey by NJBIZ, a leading statewide business newspaper. Artech ranked #2 the two previous years. The ranking is based on revenue growth over a four-year period
September 2009 – Deloitte & Touche “Technology Fast 50”
Artech has been named to the Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 50 for five consecutive years and seven years overall.
August 2009 – CRN “Fast Growth 100”

July 2009 – Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) Rankings
The SIA ranked Artech in several leading staffing categories (below) and was listed in the top ten "List of Diversity Staffing Firms by Revenue."
June 2009 – Artech President Wins the Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year®” Award >>
Artech president Ranjini Poddar, was named the 2009 E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year in the IT Consulting category in New Jersey. The award recognizes outstanding entrepreneurs who are building and leading dynamic, growing businesses.
May 2009 – Artech Wins PrO Unlimited's Platinum Award >>
Artech named the Platinum Award Winner in PrO Unlimited's Annual Global Supplier Awards. The award is in recognition of outstanding staffing suppler partners. Artech won the award amid a field of more than 6,500 providers servicing PrO's Fortune 1000 clients.
May 2009 – USPAACC “Leadership Award” Top Ten Finalist
Artech president Ranjini Poddar was named a Top Ten Finalist in the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce's 2009 Leadership Award.
December 2008 – IndUS Business Journal: “Businesswoman of the Year” Ranjini Poddar >>
Artech's president, Ranjini Poddar, was named the 2008 Business Woman of the Year by the IndUS Business Journal, a newspaper dedicated to the Indian American business community.
July 2008 – Enterprising Women “Women of the Year Award” Winner, Ranjini Poddar
Ranjini Poddar, Artech president, was listed as one of the Women of the Year by Enterprising Women magazine.
October 2007 – Artech India Wins Amity Leadership Award for Excellence in RPO >>
Artech India won the 2007 Amity Leadership Award for Excellence in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. The award was won against the
best industry practitioners in India and was presented by the Amity Business School in Noida.
May 2007 – Artech Invited to Join the NMSDC Corporate Plus® Program
Artech has been accepted, by nomination, into the NMSDC's exclusive Corporate Plus program, which recognizes Artech's capacity to manage national contracts for large corporations. Artech is one of less than 90 US companies to be admitted into this program.
May 2007 – Minority Business News USA Names Artech an “MBN 100 Top Diversity Supplier”
For the second consecutive year, Artech has been named a Top Diversity Supplier by the Minority Business News USA magazine.
November 2007 – IndUS Business Journal Ranks Artech #15 “Fastest Growing South Asian Companies”
Artech was ranked the 15th fastest-growing South Asian company by IndUS Business Journal. The award is dedicated to US-based companies with an executive of South Asian descent serving in a senior management position.
July 2006 – Artech Named One of New Jersey's Finest Companies by NJBIZ
Artech was named one of New Jerseys Finest, honoring Fifty Fastest Growing Companies. The awards program is produced by NJBIZ, New Jersey's premiere business news publication, and is sponsored by PriceWaterhouse Coopers, Lowenstein Sandler, Attorney at Law, and PNC Bank.
March 2006 – Artech President Named One of New Jersey's "Best 50 Women in Business"
Artech president Ranjini Poddar was named named One of New Jersey's "Best 50 Women in Business" by NJBIZ. Ms. Poddar made the top 50 out of 3,000 nominations.
April 2005 – Artech President Receives WPO-Fast Company Entrepreneur Award
Ranjni Poddar, President of Artech Information Systems, was honored with a new entrepreneurial award "Playing by their Own Rules: 25 Women Entrepreneurs Who are Changing the Game" presented by the Women Presidents' Organization in partnership with Fast Company at their annual conference in Toronto, Canada.
March 2005 – Artech Wins the DoD Mentor Protégé Nunn Perry Award
Artech was named a 2005 Mentor-Protege Nunn Perry award winner by the Department of Defense (DoD). The annual award recognizes successes for both Mentor and Protege companies that achieve cost efficiencies, enhance technical capabilities, and increase small business opportunities for DoD prime contracts and subcontracts.
March 2005 – Artech Named the SBA Subcontractor of the Year
Artech was named the best subcontractor of the year in the North New Jersey/Morris County region by the Small Business Administration a part of the SBA Section 8(a) program.
June 2002 – Artech President Named One of 50 Outstanding Asian Americans in Business
Ranjini Poddar, president of Artech Information Systems, was recognized by the Asian American Business Development Center as one of 50 Outstanding Asian Americans in Business. The second annual award celebrates the entrepreneurial achievements of Asian Americans across the nation and recognizes professionals who have made a difference in Corporate America.
September 2001 – Artech President Wins AWIB Entrepreneurial Leadership Award
Artech president Ranjini Poddar was recognized with the AWIB 2001 Entrepreneurial Leadership Award. The award honors successful Asian women business owners and entrepreneurs.
