On-Boarding Process
Artech has put in place a concrete
On-Boarding Process to facilitate client objectives. The following standard process also allows for
flexibility in conformity with the individual client needs and processes:
* Communicate the job offer to the
candidate verbally on the phone
* Get a letter from the candidate confirming
compensation information, date of joining, location of job, travel dates (if required) and other
requests (as applicable);
* Fill-up Offer Information Sheet along
with Pre-Joining Form to enable HR to issue Letter of Offer with the attached confirmation mail;
* If exceptional case, take required
approvals;
* Send the offer packet to the
candidate;
* Coordinate with the candidate till
the joining date;
* Schedule an orientation program for
the new employee to facilitate a thorough understanding of the client environment;
* Deliver the candidate to the client
location and handhold him/her through the project duration.
