To build long-term mutually beneficial relationship with all our customers by ensuring delivery of quality software products and services which meet both their stated and implied needs; continuously improve our processes for quality enhancements and human resource development.
To implement this policy, Artech operates and maintains a Quality Management System (QMS), in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and SEI CMM Level - 4.
The QMS is regularly reviewed for compliance, and for its ability to meet established goals for customer satisfaction and Company needs.
